Dharmapuri District Co-Operative Milk Producers' Union Ltd

MARKETING

This Union is marketing 16,000 lits of milk every day in the town like Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Hosur etc. and also in small villages. About 90,000 lits of raw chilled milk is being sent to Federation every day by tankers to cater the needs of Metro marketing. 

The Union is also proposed to construct Highway parlours in the     selected areas of the district to improve the milk and by-products sales.  The District cooperative milk producers Union is the base level   organisation promoting the socioeconomic development of the Milk     Producers' Coop Societies, by pumping crores of rupees to the rural milk  producers. By creating the member awareness, women development activities  the downtrodden poor are uplifted.
