Events In this connection a
function was organized at Madhavaram Central Dairy on 10-10-2007 at 5
P.M. In the function the cold storage and homogenizer was inaugurated
by the Honorable minister for Local
Administration Thiru M.K Stalin. Honble' minister for Dairy
Development Thiru U.Mathivanan presided the function. Honble' minister
for fisheries Thiru K.P.P. Samy, Honble'
Secretary to Govt of Tamilnadu, AH & F & DD Selvi. Leena
Nair I.A.S and Commissioner for MP & DD & Managing
Director of aavin Thiru Apurva Varma I.A.S., Tiruvellore
District Collector Thiru Dr. Rajendrakumar I.A.S., Tiruvellore MP
Thiru E.A.P Sivaji and Poonamalli M.L.A Thiru D.Sudharsanam have graced the
function. Thiru M.Rajendran, Joint Managing Director and other dignitaries
have participated in the meeting. In the meeting the house journal for
aavin was also launched. 26.04.2007 Aavin ice cream is very well accepted by all segment people. Due to high content of sugar, diabetic and calorie conscious people are deprived of taking ice cream and hence it is highly essential to develop alternate product to cater the need of all the people. Hence Aavin has introduced Sugar- free ice cream. It contains unique Sucralose at 320 ppm level which is an artificial sweetener, derived from cane sugar. It does not affect the blood sugar level. In this connection a function was organised at Ezhilagam aavin parlour at Chepauk, Chennai on 26th Apr 07, 9.00 A.M. In the function the sale of ice creams was launched by Honorable minister for Local Administration Thiru M.K Stalin. Honble' minister of Dairy Development Thiru U.Mathivanan presided the function., Worshipful Mayor of Chennai Thiru Subramanian conceded for the first sale of Ice cream, Honble' Secretary to Govt of Tamilnadu, AH & F & DD Selvi. Leena Nair I.A.S and Commissioner for MP & DD & Managing Director of aavin Thiru Apurva Varma I.A.S have graced the function. In the same function
awarding compassionate ground appointment orders to the diseased
employees family members was also carried out. |
